Shipping Policy

 
PLEASE BE AWARE, DUE TO COVID 19 PACKAGES MAY TAKE AN EXTRA 2 DAYS TO ARRIVE AT YOUR DOOR. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE DURING SUCH AN UNCERTAIN TIME.
Please note, BUNNY'S BASKET is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.
Shipping times may vary depending upon the items in your cart.
We reserve the right to ship items separately.
Standard shipping times are 3-5 BUSINESS days. Business days are Monday through Friday, NOT including Saturday & Sunday or holidays. 3-5 business days for shipping does NOT include processing time. 
Processing time is the time it takes to process your payment and prepare your package, which will only take 1-3 days at most. Processing days are ONLY  Monday - Friday. For example, If your order is placed on saturday, the order will not be processed until Monday morning. 
2-day shipping is available. 2 day shipping does not include processing time. Please note that if you choose 2 day shipping, a 1 day processing time is required. Please check your email for order status updates. 
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The office and mail couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off time of (4 PM Pacific standard time) on the day before will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. 
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at askbunny@bunnysbasket.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results, items may reship.
    BUNNY'S BASKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
